Your privacy, properly
Coaching chats, journal entries and reflections are private to your account. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Sparky's replies are written by Anthropic's Claude, so your messages are sent to Anthropic for that; by default Anthropic does not use them to train its models. The servers that handle Sparky's conversations run in Google Cloud's Australian region.
