Before you buy — what you're consenting to
- • Spicy Mode content explores sexuality, desire, fantasy and intimacy. This is "sensitive information" under the Australian Privacy Act and "special category data" under GDPR.
- • You must be 18 or over to activate Spicy Mode.
- • Once purchased, you choose which heat levels you're comfortable with — you don't have to opt in to all of them.
- • You can withdraw consent at any time during a session with one tap. Your partner can too.
- • We never use Spicy Mode data for advertising and never share it with third parties.

Is the free tier really unlimited?
Yes. Full multiplayer, voice calls, cloud sync, all standard content, Growth Dashboard, session history — forever. No trial, no time limit, no ads.
Why 3-month access and not monthly or lifetime?
We designed this for people who are actively dating. Most people only need the add-ons for a season — because the app works. Three months gives you proper time to explore without locking you into an ongoing subscription. If you come back to the dating scene later, you can add them again.
What happens when my 3 months expire?
The core app stays completely free — including 5 Sparky messages/day. You just lose access to any paid add-ons (Video Calls, more Sparky messages, Spicy Mode). Your conversation history, cloud data, Growth Dashboard, and everything else remain exactly as they were.
If I buy an add-on, does my partner get it too?
Yes — during any session you create. Your partner inherits your add-ons for the duration of the session. If they want to create their own sessions with the add-ons, they'd need their own.
What about the DDD subscription?

Is my data private?
Yes. Your reflections, ratings, and notes are only visible to you — never to your partner, and never used for advertising. Voice and video calls are peer-to-peer — they never touch our servers. You can export or delete your data at any time.
